First time I saw AC/DC. It was a 3-band bill. AC/DC were 2nd, between Scorpions and Ted Nugent. Both opening bands were better than Nugent (as was the case the next year when Def Leppard and Scorpions opened for Nugent).
"Highway To Hell" was getting airplay and I remember them doing the title track at that show. At that time I was only familiar with the "Highway To Hell" single on the radio. I hadn't bought any of their albums yet.
I remember Angus disappearing from the stage and a few moments later seeing him on a roadie's shoulders in the outer concourse (where they sell food and souvenirs) with a bunch of kids chasing him. Then he came back down and onto the floor before getting back up on stage.
Thrilling.
ELECTRIC!
Who knew Bon would be gone less than 7 months later....
