    Fan reviews:

    By David Bycroft, Brisbane:
I remember someone at my school telling me that there was this hot new band rehearsing at Cloudland. It was a must see. A group of us rushed to get to Cloudland after school.

None of us knew and didn't have any idea about what we were about to witness.
The music was new, fast, loud and phenomenal... but the best part was that the 'schoolboy' lead guitarist was out of this world. I remember him jumping off the stage and getting amongst the hundreds of real schoolboys who had come to see them play (we didn't know their name).
His lead was fast like we had never seen before and fantastic and he headbutted through the crowd and then the amazing thing was that he ended up on his side on the floor belting out an unbelievable lead to a rock song I do not recall the title to but I (and everyone else) was in awe. I have vivid memories of the roadie following this guitarist wherever he went because he had to let out chord and reel him in (he was attached to the amplifier in those days). The Roadie had a big reel for the chord and would let it out and reel it in like he had just caught a big game fish.
Amazing really. Welcome to Brisbane AC/DC in 1975.
Loved them ever since! Cheers David (an original fan)
