I totally agree with the first reviewer... AC/DC held nothing back, the San Diego crowd was louder than any I have heard and I think the band loved it, and fed off of us, what a great trade off. Everyone from the floor to the rafters was standing, singing and cheering the entire show. Brian said "you make us proud"! Angus was just insane, I don't know how he can possibly do these shows most every other night. These guys put everything they got into a show, it is just amazing. I have read complaints about Brian's voice, man he never lets up. The boys really put their heart into this tour and it shows! Simply put, GO SEE AC/DC you will be so glad you did.

It was a long time in coming, but worth every year! The band hasn't lost a step... all the energy they have and their devotion to their music is evident from start to finish. I never sat in my reserved seat, stood the entire concert. I enjoyed every minute, every song and every note. I didn't want the show to end. Thanks AC/DC, don't stay away so long next time.

Drove down from San Jose to see the boys play in sunny San Diego. It was worth the drive and then some. The Sports Arena in San Diego is a smaller venue and made the concert more intimate. The catwalk covered the entire floor area and there was not a bad seat in the venue.
AC/DC did not disappoint. Maybe it was the holiday weekend Sunday night crowd or the salty beach air. Or the knowledge this was the second to last (Anaheim) show before a much earned 3 week vacation for AC/DC before they return to the States in October. Angus was even more entertaining than he was in San Jose. He was lively and engaging the audience and seemed to be enjoying every second of the gig. Brian, Malcolm, Cliff and Phil were spot on and as tight as ever. They never miss a beat nor do they ever seem to phone it in.
The San Diego crowd was well lubricated from the holiday weekend and showed their enthusiasm by banging their heads and thrusting arms into air. Still witnessed a few people sitting, which baffles me, but to each their own. The vast majority of San Diego was rocking hard to every note AC/DC played and it was another bad ass rock concert.
Awesome show in San Diego. Looking forward to Vegas in October!!

This being my second AC/DC concert on this tour, I had really high hopes. My uncle who bought the tickets for the both of us got 6th row, floor seats on Malcolm's side. Before the show, we walked around for a while before heading in. As we walked by the buses with the roadies, one came out and yelled "Hey kid!" at me. Next thing I know I get two picks with Cliff Williams picture on one side, and AC/DC on the other. After the awesome realization that I just got two AC/DC picks, we went inside but we got to use the side doors where they load in/out all of the stuff that makes a AC/DC concert run. As we go down a big ramp to our seats I look to my left, and bearing the letters AC/DC were all the cases they use to carry stuff. We got to our seats and the sight couldn't have looked better. I was close enough to read Marshall, and Ampeg on the amps. After 20 min. of waiting the lights go down and the opening band The Answer come on stage. When I saw AC/DC the first time in LA, I didn't get to see a lot of The Answer's set. But sitting through the entire set this time, I'm gonna say that The Answer are going to be a huge band in the future. Once they get off stage, my ears are already ringing and my excitement level is through the roof. Soon, the lights go out again, a huge roar takes over the crowd, and the cartoon intro that leads into "Rock N Roll Train" begins to play. Once the train crashes, the big screens move over to let a locomotive bearing the letters AC/DC and devil horns comes through. For the next two hours or so, AC/DC tears down the place with classics such as: Back In Black, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, T.N.T., You Shook Me All Night Long, Hells Bells, and For Those About To Rock. While playing new songs such as: Rock N Roll Train, War Machine, Big Jack, Anything Goes, and the title track Black Ice. This was the best concert I've ever been too, and even better than the one I saw two days later when AC/DC went up to Anaheim to tear down the walls at the pond.
