I'm standing just one meter from the metal fence, protecting the stage.
I know that i risk getting Tinnitus, but tonight i really don't care.
AC/DC has finally come back to Stockholm!
Rock N´ Roll Train sounds fantastic, its a brilliant song!
One of the details that make it so fantastic is Cliff Williams brief pause on the opening Riff´s.
(The pause I'm referring to is, among other places, at 10 seconds into the song. Where he lets the guitar start the Riff without him)
It's those kinds of great details that makes AC/DC one of the best bands in the universe.
The following six songs are just fantastic!
Phil Rudd´s playing on Thunderstruck is mindblowing! Its way better than the recorded version!
(for those fans who don't know, the recorded version has Mr.Chris Slade on drums, Chris was not a great drummer)
Phil Rudd knows that "less is more", its almost as if he is caressing the drum kit.
After Thunderstruck comes Black Ice, its is in my opinion the weakest song of the whole set (and the weakest song on the new album) The thing that makes Black Ice weak, is that it lacks a good break. (Imagine how the Back In Black-Riff would sound without the breaks?) Its the breaks that makes AC/DC´s songs rock!
During the song "The Jack" Brian shows that he knows how to sing the blues!
Brian Johnsson still rocks! But Its obvious that years of constant touring has affected his voice, AC/DC confronts this minor problem in a very proffessional way.
To allow Brian Johnsson to cope with the high notes, AC/DC has lowered all the songs with one half note.
(you can hear this clearly if you compare live clips from the tour with the album-versions)
Most of the girls who were filmed in Stockholm during the song just smiled and waved to the camera, obviously they didn't understand that "The Jack" relates to a sexually transmitted disease.
When one of the girls were filmed however, her boyfriend got angry and covered her face with his baseball-cap.
(probably, he knew the meaning of "The Jack")
The last time AC/DC was in Stockholm was in February 2009.
Since then, the only thing that has changed with the setlist is that "Anything Goes" has been switched for "High Voltage".
I think its a fantastic decision!
Anything Goes sounds great on the album! But it lacks a chorus that the fans can sing along to,
and its nice to hear a song from the old days with AC/DC!
You can tell that "High Voltage" is a great crowd pleaser, even the young kids in the audience who dosen't know the lyrics try to sing along!
(hopefully, we will also hear Its A Long Way To The Top in the future)
Let There Be Rock is great! But unfortunatley, the sound technicians manage to screw up the first part of Angus solo, they forget to lower the volume of the other guys, so Angus solo drowns away.
During the first part, the only notes i could hear from his gitarr were the high ones.
(or getahhh, as Angus would have pronounced it)
I tried to put my focus on Angus fingers on the fretboard and imagine how it sounded.
But during the second part, Angus played all by himself,
and that was one of the highlights from the concert!
When he runs around on stage, its almost as if he is posessed by God, Satan & Chuck Norris at the same time.
The effects are spectacular, the bombs and bangs go of at just the right moment.
But even if they didn't have the effects on stage, AC/DC would still be one of most entertaining live bands in the universe.

The Swedish supporting act Hardcore Superstar were horrible, they should try to learn more from AC/DC
