18th May 2010. What an historical day for Romania! AC/DC is performing for the first time in our country. Over 60.000 AC/DC fans are here, in Bucharest, waiting for the show to start.
Finally, 21.00 o'clock. Not a minute later than it was supposed to start the show, the video on the big screen in the back of the scene is now alive, with the five members of the band in the rock n'roll train. But look at that! The train is now a runaway train! Boom! A real train is showing in the back of the scene. This is really a dream come true, my favourite band of all times is now on the stage performing like in their early in life.
The public is shouting, singing and dancing. The weather is perfect, the sound is perfect, the public is perfect, and of course, AC/DC rocks like on their DVD's!
After many songs and crazy solo's, I hear the intro of my favourite tune. YOU SHOOK ME ALL NIGHT LONG! Hell yeah, she was a fast machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damn woman I had ever seen! I shiver with joy. I shout every single verse of the song and I almost hear my voice in that great noise. My favourite band, my favourite song. What could I wish more than that?
Sadly, I hear the guitar riff of "FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK, WE SALUTE YOU". I know that this is the last time I am going to hear and see AC/DC. I shout louder than ever. I'm sad that there were only 2 hours of real hard-rock music. The concert is now over, but I am proud that I took part of this ripping show. I am talking with me in my head, saying that I will have what to tell to my grandchildren. Foolish me, he he. I can still hear some songs in my head, I just don't wanna go home. The end.

The boys were fantastic... I've been listening AC/DC for 17 years now and all I can say is: this was electric, extraordinary the guys were in a great shape and in the name of all Romanian fans "deep thanks and please come again"...
*** Romania SALUTES YOU ***

By ionesscu robert, Bucharest, Romania:
After a week hanging between hope and despair because of the endless rain, I went Sunday 16 may at the open air show fortunately blessed by a smiling sun. The location was great, Constitution Plaza, before the House of Nation, second as big building in the world after Pentagon.
The opening was great, DOWN (The new project of Phil Anselmo) and IRIS (The best romanian rock band, the symbol of fighting for freedom in the time of comunism. And, the 21 hour arrived... thousands of red horns were shining and 65000 hearts were beating in the same victory scream when the Rock 'n Roll Train arrived after 40 years of waiting in Bucharest! The boys were looking very fresh and they had a very good disposition. Seeing that we know the lyrics, Brian began to run all over the stage and to direct from his movements the singing fans. There was no rest at all at Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be, people singing very strong and shaking hands, heads and bodies. A real explosion of joy and movement were with the first sounds of Back in Black and Angus start his walking on the stage very happy for this, I suppose, unexpected so good beginning. Seeing the good moment Brian start to learn us the new song Big Jack but we knew him and the reaction was fantastic. We were rewarded by the band with a terrific Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap and an amazing green light on the stage. After that it was Shot Down in Flames.
The silence was downing for a few moments, Angus was concentrating like in his most important moment of life and... Thunderstruck was hitting us all with blue effects from the AC/DC logo. Brian was running every part where he saw people to make them say together: Thunderstruck!
We made one more time the band happy, but so many times they made us happy, singing with them Black Ice. Brian started talking with us and telling that it's gonna come a dirty song because the woman are we talking about She's got the Jack! And we got a great blues guitar and a striptease from Angus. After that we saw Brian running and hanging of the bell: Hells Bells was a truly and sincere homage to our dear Bon Scott, rest in peace but never dead in our hearts! We couldn't rest at all, Shoot to thrill was making us crazy again, crazy for singing and dancing with this best ever band in the world!
After that it was War Machine. Brian saw that we are to busy watching the screen animation with AC/DC airplanes and ships and played this track without asking us to sing with him, sorry, but it was too good the video! We did not stop for a second from jumping and dancing, of course singing in the same time because we had an amazing series: High Voltage, You Shook me all Night Long and TNT with the train spiting fire from all his resources! The train were resting and feeling good because after TNT something become to grow and grow over him, breasts and forms and Rosie were rising in her magnificent amplitude and began to shake her foundations!
The history of AC/DC albums were projected on the screens as long Brian was telling us a story from 1955 when the world was saying Let there be Rock! Angus made his great solo and we were breathless for minutes couldn't believe it's true! After 2 minutes of requesting the stage was in fire for Highway to Hell and we were saluting with Brian in the sound of guns For Those about to Rock!
We had a great night and a truly unique experience because the organizers told us very clear that it's the first and last time when we have the chance to see them in Romania! My left ear it's a little damaged by the sound, I was front of stage, but I'll be ok soon and anyway it deserved a lot, it was something comparing with No Bull Plaza de Toros.
Take care and keep rocking!
