What an awesome show!! It was my first rock concert. My mother dropped me off in front of the college as I couldn't drive because I was only 15. The show was inside the Robertson Memorial Fieldhouse. General seating no less!!! I remember after about the 3rd or 4th song, Bon Scott motioned for everyone to come toward the stage. We all rushed the stage in a tangled mass of humanity. Then security made us all sit back down after a while. I was in the 2nd row!!!! Ten feet from guys that would one day be rock legends. What an exciting moment in my life. Since I was relatively new to the rock scene, I thought Bon Scott was saying "I'm a ravish child" instead of problem child. After that show I was hooked for life. You guys rock!!

I saw it live in 1979 in Peoria, IL, row 12 center floor. It was the rockiest show I had ever seen or heard! UFO (headliner) was blown off the stage. Angus lept 20ft from a stack of speakers during Bad Boy Boogie, rockin' all the way down, knees all bloodied! It was great. Love you Bon and we still miss you! Guy T

This was my first concert ever. When the show started I had never heard anything so gloriously loud. The Fieldhouse shook and it just hit me right in the chest! I thought the show started with Riff Raff but I might be wrong. Either way I will never forget this show. I was 15 years old. True story, once AC/DC finished and while we waited for UFO a security guy saw me lighting something with a lighter. He motioned me to come up where he was and then the dickhead escorted me out a side door. I couldn’t get back in. Did I care? No. I had just seen rock legends from about 20 feet away and my ears rang for a couple days. When I crank up If You Want Blood real loud and close my eyes, it’s like I’m back there again. Now I’m 55 and share these memories and videos with my kids and they are jealous that I was really there! I hope I never forget what real rock feels like! That was the best show I’ve ever seen.
