Was my first hard rock show. I was 12 yrs old at the time I remember tix were like $7.50 back in those days. AC/DC were awesome. Still remember Angus playing guitar solo while riding on Bon's shoulder moving through the crowd. Also remember Angus taking a hit of a joint someone had thrown upon the stage. 9 months later Bon passed away after a hard night of drinking in London. The band was never the same with Brian Johnson on vocals.
UFO was also awesome played all their hits from the Michael Schenker era. R.I.P. Bon (rock in peace)

This was my first ROCK show. I had just bought "If You Want Blood" album from the Astroid. Which is the set they performed live. It started with Riff Raff but the setlist given is pretty accurate. Angus came out into the audience on Bon's shoulders. I remember reaching out to touch him and he was in the Rock-n-Roll zone! He gave me a look, it was quite a look. Basically he seemed a little nervous that I might knock him off Bon's shoulders and his eyes said "touch me and I'll jam this guitar into your face!" Needless to say I brushed his arm with my left hand. I kid my daughter that I haven't washed it since. He's a dynamite guitarist! B

I went to almost every rock concert at 5 Flags from 79 to 80 and 83 to 85. I was in the Army in-between. AC/DC was my virgin live concert. Favorite and favorite band to this day. True rock and roll!!!!!!!
I was at the I want blood tour in Dubuque Iowa May 79. I was a UFO fan and they coed with AC/DC, whom ever plays first we called them the warm up band back then. Bon instantly became my icon along with Malcolm. Yes Malcolm, rhythm guitarist. I was plotting my next cerebral exchange with the band when we lost Bon. I bought the albums but did not see the band live for about 20 more years. I didn't want to lose the precious vision of the original line up. God Bless the true front man Bonn Scott and the original heartbeat on guitars Malcom Young.
