I went to this and it was fantastic, the loudest band ever and the best line up. When Angus came into the crowd on bon Scotts shoulders it was amazing , music was better in the 70's and the free trade hall was a top place, I also saw queen there.....now I'm old

I went to this and it was fantastic, it was brain meltingly loud and when bon came into the crowd with Angus its was amazing, this was their best line up and the best music they made. Ahhhh the old days .....I will teach my grandkids all this.

I was 16 and my friend asked me if I wanted to go see "some band". I had no idea that I was seeing history in the making. They were the loudest band I'd ever heard, and I was a bit puzzled as to why there was some guy still wearing school boy clothes! I'd never heard any of the songs, or the band. Fancy that! I wish I could turn a switch in my head and re-watch this memory, or jump in a time machine back to that night in 1977! Youth, it's wasted on the young!! (pun intended)
