I was here. I was 17. What a show. I had never heard of AC/DC before. The only time so far I have seen them on stage. So surprised to see a school boy playing this well. The rumor (wrong as all rumors are) in the room was stating that he was 17 years old... They played very few songs but they made the game very difficult for Black Sabbath who came next. The comparison was terrible for them. The fact is that their music was boring compared to what we had had just before. End of an era for them. 24 years later, I am still an AC/DC fan. But I am a low profile fan compared to my 14 years old son.

Il y avait quand même pas mal de monde ce soir là mais il faut bien reconnaître que c'était surtout pour Black Sabbath! Je garde un super souvenir de ce concert, j'ai encore l'image en tête d'Angus qui avait un look de gamin avec son cartable d'écolier et sa fameuse Gibson SG. A l'époque il n'y avait pas de barrières entre le public et le devant de la scène et j'ai assisté à tout le concert accoudé à la scène a à peine 1m de distance avec Bon Scott et Angus et surtout Ozzy Osbourne qui à la fin du concert s'est "agenouillé" devant moi pour me serrer la main que je lui tendais, ce qu'il faisait souvent à l'époque mais c'est devenu évidemment impensable de nos jours avec la sécurité! Voilà c'était en 77, une anecdote, j'ai le souvenir qu'il faisait très chaud dans la salle à tel point que des gouttes de condensation s'agglutinaient aux verrières en verre en haut de la salle et retombaient sur le public comme s'il pleuvait !
