Wow, This was my very first AC/DC concert at the tender age of 15 years old. What a night I had. I was very lucky to be leaning against the stage. As the band appeared I remember the atmosphere being electric, and the first bars of Fly on the Wall sent the crowd wild. I had one of the best nights of my life and have seen AC/DC many times since, but the first time is always hard to beat.

13 years old & the first concert I attended. We got the coach from Bradford & remember seeing the Trans Am trucks as we pulled up outside the Apollo! Fastway supported featuring ex Motorhead guitarist Fast Eddie Clark. Leeds united player Frank Worthington was sat behind us & a few of the crowd sat near were chanting "Frankie" in an "Angus" style! The lights went down & Angus struck the first chords of Fly on the wall, we were up in the D circle, on our feet punching the air! Classic DC track after track, then the bell descended & the cannons rose. With the final cannon blast ringing in our ears we made our back to the coach. An amazing night which I won't forget, still got the ticket!!
