Well, the gig was incredible. Just plain awesome! AC/DC had
a few surprises as they played 3 new (old) songs, different
from the gigs 6 months ago: Problem child, Up to my neck in
you and What do you do for money honey. Especially Problem child
rocked big time! The band was in great shape, and Angus was
really on fire. Very energic and a madman as usual. The sound
was fine and loud close to the stage. Highlights of the evening
were Stiff upper lip, Thunderstruck, Hells Bells, Dirty deeds,
Highway to hell and TNT. The 50 000+ crowd was really into the
entire set and the band seemed very pleased with the attendance.
A truly remarkable gig! If someone videotaped the show, I would
like to buy a copy. Please e-mail me. C-ya next time AC/DC!

Hallo folks.. What can I say that havent been said before? No
much I think. I have been to 6 shows before but this one was
the very best. The sound was good even for a stadium consert.
And Brian, He sounded great. Havent heard him as strong and
powerfull as he was this night. Great show from the best rock
and roll band of all times. There is nothing more to say.

Tonights concert in Göteborg was as I expected. Exactly
the same songs as the rest of the tour, but no extra number
after "For those..." I don´t think people expected
that as it was sunday night and the usually don´t play
extras. So I would like to been part of the parisienne concert
on friday. The do as always a great job but everyrhing seems
so organized and welltrained machinery. No spontanious numbers
or things. It was the same in november last year. Well I prefer
smaller venues with fans. Here it´s more a happening and
people have to be there.

Greeeeeeeat concert !! This was one of my best concerts I have
seen with the band !! I said so as well last year but now I
mean it !! You know, Göteborg is such a good town to arrange
a concert in and EVERY BAR in the city played AC/DC before and
after the concert !! I never seen that before in any city I´ve
been to when AC/DC been playing (seen 4 in Göteborg but
this was best because the of the summertime)! Everybody where
in such a good mood before and after the concert and they had
this demonstration the weekend before which was a big fight
with the police on the streets and now the newspapers could
write like this "AC/DC Turned it back again to a city where
it used to be" The sound was great and everyone in the
band were in good mood. Last year in Göteborg the big Angus-statue
fell apart(the guitarbody) so the show and the band became a
little bit low and I could feel that but this time they didn´t
miss any- thing. IT WAS 100% show and ACCA DACCA !!! The setlist
was the same as rest of the Europeantour so far and no encores
after "For Those About To Rock..." and perfect wheather.Sun
during the day and clouds during the concert so you could see
the light-show and no wind which have could taken the sound
away !!!!
KÖLN NEXT !!

I could not believe my ears when I heard that AC/DC will play
in Helsinki again, this time in Olympicstadium. After all, Finland
is a small market area and they just did two gigs here in November.
So I salute the band for coming here so many times (for example
U2 do not come to Finland this summer due to the limited record
sales).
The weather was just fine when we walked to the stadium, there
was no fear of rain. George Thorogood & The Destroyers was
the support act and they were fine, but the role of the support
act is always the same. The audience did not get warmed up until
the opening video of AC/DC gig began. And when it started with
The Stiff Upper Lip and finished with For Those About To Rock
it was almost like expected. The show was great, much better
than in November and the band was in fantastic shape. We were
standing a few meters from the catwalk and it was really great
to see Angus and Brian from so close. The setlist was the same
as in other European gigs, the highlights from my point of view
were Dirty Deeds, Up To My Neck In You (really a good one and
never heard live before) and Let There Be Rock. It is just awesome
to check that rhythm section during Angus solo, they really
are professionals. Of course there were some moments when Angus
guitar could not heard, but it happens in live situations. And
of course I would like to hear also some other songs than these
standard ones, but what the band can do? These are the songs
people want to hear and the boys give the audience what it wants.
So no complaints, lets see when is the next one, hopefully
before 2007.

Well, what can I say? I travelled over in from London with the
simple idea of seeing AC/DC performing to their usual high standards. But
I did'nt realise I would be in for such a treat.It was my 6th
show;and they basically played the same set,as they did at Milton
Keynes.But what made this show special,was Brian's super vocals,he
really did sound inspired.Angus as usual played with the kind
of energy we've all come to expect of him, over the years;and
the rhythm section of Malcolm,Phil;and Cliff, kept things ticking
over nicely.
What a good idea it was to revive 'Problem Child',a hard rocking
staple from the Bon Scott era;and how about 'What Do You Do
For Money Honey?'another blistering track from the monumental
'Back in Black' album.
The band however could'nt rouse the rather tame Finnish crowd, who
took to forming a circle around me when I was pogoing, how bizarre!
Well,at least I enjoyed myself;and I also got to meet Angus
after the gig. That was due to my decision to stay at the Stadion
Hostel, which gave me access around the back of the stadium. All
in all money well spent!

Helsinki show was a huge spectacle. Was surprised of all the
extra stuff they brought with them for the summer tour. The
set was the same they've played also elsewhere in Europe. No
"Ride On", nor "Shot Down in Flames". Nice
to hear old "Up To My Neck in You" and of course "Problem
Child". The Band was tight as ever.
Brian is The Ruler, in my opinion he was singing loud and clear,
also had a little bit of nice variation and interpretation especially
in the old Bonnie tunes. Angus was the tiny rock'n roll devil
as always and the rhythm section was tight as ever.
My high point was to get the autographs from the lads. We waited
Angus at his hotel after the show. He was smiling and being
very polite to all of us diehards. What a wonderful person he
is!

A night to remember for finnish fans. George Thorogood opened
the show but his performance was a little disappoint. But after
that AC/DC gave us goodies worth all the money. This was no
doubt a highlight of my summer. By the way, this was first time
when AC/DC play outdoors in Finland. The weather was excellent
and so was the music. Brian had to sing half of the Up To My
Neck In You without his cap because Angus kicked it out of the
stage. No wonder he isn´t a football player...:) Like
in Göteborg there were no extra encore after For Those
About To Rock but the fireworks were great!

Gig was great, as great as I expected. There was no suprises
and the boys were full of energy, as always.. This was my second
Ac/Dc gig, the first was here in Helsinki at november. This
wasn't as good as the first, I think. Maybe one of the reasons
was that they started so early (about 20.30), that the sun was
still very high and it shined to the stage and kind of ruined
the athmosphere..
Setlist was the same as any other consert and the crowd were
very enthusiasted...
Fireworks at the end of the gig were great, and all the other
things were there too (bell, cannons, fires, a doll, statue),
but something was missing.. I don't know what, but it didn't
give me a pure satisfaction.. It could have been that sun or
something... But anyway, it was again a great experience!
