  After last weeks Stuttgart concert I went to Frankfurt to see the show. The Festhalle was sold out and I almost didn't get a ticket. I had to pay DM 120,00 (regular DM 90,00). The show was better than in Stuttgart. The audience was much more in it. Even all the people that had seats were standing and rockin´ and rollin´ from the very first moment of the show. Angus was fantastic and Brian had a lot of fun with the people on the balcony. They played the same set list as in the US. The sound was much better than in Schleyerhalle in Stuttgart. This time I liked Let There Be Rock with Angus´ brilliant solo part the most. All the merchandise stuff is quite expensive but after the show there were lots of street traders. They sold t-shirts and posters for half the price. AC/DC is the best live act ever! I have seen many metal and hard rock bands the last 25 years. But no one comes close to AC/DC.

  AC/DC war und ist der absolute Hammer. Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll...am besten bei der Vorgruppe. Name *unbekannt*! Qualität-das letzte. Die Hessen würden sagen: "Da brauchmer gar nedd drübber redde". Schon nach dem ersten Lied gabs ein höllisches Pfeifkonzert seitens der AC/DC Fans.Folglich verschwanden die vier Jungs auch schon wieder von der Bühne.
  Nach ca. 20minütiger "Stille" erlosch da komplette Licht in der Halle und Super-Angus knallte mit seiner Gibson die ersten Riffs von YSMANL.Logisch dauerte es keine 10 Sekunden und die 11.000 Leute in der Halle tobten.
  Brian hatte eine top Stimme und die nicht ganz so üppig ausgefallene Bühnenshow war nichts desto trotz gelungen. Die Hells Bells Glocke die in der Mitte der Halle hing, die 15m hohe Angus Statue die im richtigen Moment weiße Augen bekam und Feuer spie, die Flammenwerfer und natürlich die 6 Kanonen die uns den Rest gaben. Um es kurz zu machen, AC/DC war so gut wie eh und je, und Frankfurt hofft auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
  Super gemacht Angus & Co.!!!

  nach vielen konzerten, welche ich dieses jahr besuchte (alice cooper, iron maiden etc.), war dieses hier wohl mit abstand das beste. ich hatte schon angst, dass die jungs nach all den jahren etwas "altersschwach" wirken würden, aber dies war zum glück ein typischer fall von denkste.es war einfach unbeschreiblich, die show, die effekte, die lautstärke... eigentlich hätte nichts anders sein sollen,wenn man mal von der vorgruppe absieht, die einem aufgrund der lange anhaltenden pfeiffkonzerten hätte leid tun können. aber egal, was ich sehen wollte, bekam ich zu sehen, da waren mir die 90 dm und der lange anreiseweg auch egal. seid dem ich 11 war wollte ich auf ein AC/DC konzert, zum glück ist mir dieser wunsch nach 8 jahren in erfüllung gegangen. for those about to rock we salute you!

  I´ve been waiting for 10 years to see AC/DC live on stage but the two shows in Frankfurt were worth the wait! Setlist:
  1. "You Shook Me..." (=Maybe they should have picked a better opener. I think "Thunderstruck" would have been more ideal to start the show.)
  2. "Stiff Upper Lip"
  3. "Shot Down In Flames" (= One of my favourites!)
  4. "Thunderstruck" (= amazing!)
  5. "Hell Ain´t A Bad Place..."
  6. "Hard As A Rock" (= funny animal and cartoon "porn" on the video screen)
  7. "Shoot To Thrill"
  8. "R´n`Roll Ain´t Noise Pollution" (=While this is a good song, I wish that they would have played "Heatseeker", "Jailbreak" or "Moneytalks")
  9. "Safe In N.Y.C"
  10. "Bad Boy Boogie" (=Angus striptease)
  11. "Hells Bells" (= Malcolm played the large white guitar he used on the "Back In Black"-Tour)
  12. "Meltdown"
  13. "The Jack" (= great chants of the crowd)
  14. "Dirty Deeds"
  15. "Back In Black"
  16. "Highway To Hell" (=great pyrotechnics)
  17. "Whole Lotta Rosie" (= fattest "Rosie-Doll" ever)
  18. "Let There Be Rock" (= outstanding!)
  19. "T.N.T"
  20. "For Those About.." (=earthshaking cannon blasts)

  The band played 2 hours and every minute was exciting. The sound quality was the best I`ve ever heard. It was thunderously loud and crystal clear. Brian belted his lungs out and the "Angus-show" was worth the ticket price in itself! It seems to me that AC/DC never gets old. I definitely hope, that the band keeps rocking and continues to tour.
  The only disappointment was the price of AC/DC merchandise (t-shirt = 48 DM!!). Let There Be Rock

  Since 1981 it was the 8th time I saw AC/DC. Number 9 and 10 will follow during this tour. What to say about the concert? Well: it's still AC/DC. Nearly nothing changed during all those years...expect that I think Brian becomes more and more important. He was absolutely brilliant as singer and as frontman. He takes a lot of pressure from Angus. A few years ago Brian was more shy, simply "the new one", but now he is AC/DC as Bon was and Angus still is. Great show of all and I'm looking forward to Saturday, where I'll see them again.
  One word to the opening band and reactions of the audience: Huge Baby were a little boring, but they made a good job. Fans remember: AC/DC has been opener for Judas Priest (e.g.) and others, so try to be fair to huge baby. Remember that being an opener for AC/DC must be a hard job (I can't see ANY band that could have a chance to stay against AC/DC).

  Was für eine Nacht! Mein erstes AC/DC Konzert aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Einfach der Hammer! Ich war schon auf einigen Konzerten aber das übertrifft wirklich alles! Die Halle restlos ausverkauft! Die Schwarzmarktpreise steigen in die Höhe! Sowas darf man als echter Fan nicht verpassen!
  Die Stimmung in der Halle war echt das beste! Leider hatte darunter die Vorgruppe etwas zu leiden die von der ersten bis zur letzten Minuten ausgebuht wurde!
  Wobei man sagen muss das sie auch nicht viel mehr verdient hatte! Als dann das Licht zum zweiten mal ausging fing die Halle völlig an zu toben! Die menge pfiff, schrie wie am Spies! Es war überwältigend, ich hatte die ersten 30 minuten nur Gänsehaut, es war das größte das ich jemals erlebt habe! Alle Lieder passten vom ersten bis zum letzten feierte die Menge die Fünf Jungs! Wenn man von den Pausen zwischen den Liedern absieht, die man den Jungs wirklich gönnen muss, kann man nur den Hut vor ihnen ziehen! Echter Wahnsinn was man in diesem Alter noch für Energie hat! Es war super Sound, laut aber doch sehr klar! Die Bühnenshow wie man AC/DC aus vielen Konzerten und Live Videos kennt! Natürlich wurden alle Hits gespielt, wie z.B. "Hells Bells", "Highway to Hell", "Back in Black", "Let there be rock" und natürlich "We salute you" wie immer obligatorisch am ende des Konzerts!
  Ich kann nur raten weitere Termine der 5 Jungs zu besuchen auch wenn schon fast alles ausverkauft ist! Das Geld hat sich echt gelohnt! Ich hoffe das das nicht mein letztes Konzert war und die Jungs bald wieder vorbeischauen!

  Never watched such a great gig! Though it was my first live concert of AC/DC I was deeply impressed by the power because all group members aren't the youngest at all. Standing away about 10 meters from the stage me and my collegues who were with me could watch everything and there was a good rocking on every title they played.
  And if there is anybody here on the forum who watched it also on October 25th in Frankfurt and could me provide with a setlist - I would appreciate it.
  Keep on rockin' on that Highway to Hell

  What should I say!! Great Show. Better than the Ballbreaker Tour. Angus is on top. Same setlist but instead of "Satellite Blues" the played "Get it Hot". Fantastic audience, everyone was singing "She's got the Jack", absolutely great venue. Well I'm looking forward for two more show's in Hannover and in Dortmund

  Great show. Great sound at the beginning. Later it was just too loud. Next time I will use ear plugs. Angus had little problems during the Thunderstruck intro. Well, we all don't get younger. "Save In New York City" kicks ass. Also "Stiff Upper Lip" is live better than on the album. All the classic tracks are great anyway. I couldn't stand still all the time.
  The setlist was the same like in all the other shows. They did not play "Get It Hot". It was getting really hot in Berlin, but the song was "Meltdown".
  I don't know who the opening band was. But it was not too bad if you like that kind of music.

  Kurz zur Vorgruppe: Sofort abhaken,echt zum würgen. Dann zu AC/DC: SUPER. Von Beginn an herrschte eine tolle Stimmung. Angus etwas ruhiger geworden aber trotzdem in toller Form, konnte wieder richtig begeistern.Auch Brain vollbrachte eine Menge auf der Bühne. Richtig stark die alten Klassiker, die gaben wie immer bei AC/DC
  Konzerten noch einmal den richtigen Kick. Ich hoffe, daß dies nicht die letzte Tour war. Macht bloß weiter.
