- Brian slams VH1's "Behind
The Music" - 08/07/00
- According to a Brian Johnson's interview from The Boston Globe
last week, the band, finding the recent "AC/DC Behind The
Music" VH1 program too "sensationalist," asked
the Channel to re-edit the episode. The new version will air on
August 12th at 4:00 pm (EST), and WILL feature Cliff Williams
this time... Re-run August 21st at 9:00pm.

- A date has been added to the US Tour schedule. AC/DC will play
the San Diego Sports Arena on September 17th. Tickets go on sale
on this Saturday August 12th, at 9am at Ticketmaster.com

- New US Promo CD-Single - 08/16/00
- Elektra US has just released a promo-only CD-Single for the
track "Meltdown", the new single in the US. Titled "Meltdown
Summer Sampler", it also contains live version of "Back
In Black", "Ballbreaker", "Hard As A Rock"
& "Whole Lotta Rosie", recorded in Madrid in 1996.
