  • AC/DC Top Pollstar Top 50 - 06/06/00
  • AC/DC is No 1 at the Pollstar Top 50, with their US Tour dates being the most requested online this past week. The AC/DC Pollstar listing is available here.

  • VH1's Behind The Music premieres - 06/06/00
  • VH1 Will premiere the "AC/DC Behind The Music" on June 18th at 9:00pm (EST), with a re-run the same day at 11:00pm (EST). At 10pm (EST) VH1 will show a one hour version of the Madrid 96 concert "No Bull". Also on VH1 in a few weeks, AC/DC will be the subject of the "FanClub" program, which the station is currently putting together. Die-hard fans can email the producers and ask to be featured in the program. Just tell them your story (briefly), name, age, where you live and explain why they should have you on! Other AC/DC TV appearance in the US next week include the re-run of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on June 10th at 11:30pm (EST), recorded on March 18th earlier this year, in which AC/DC performs "You Shook Me All Night Long" and "Stiff Upper Lip." Finally, USA will air Howard Stern's movie "Private Parts" on June 10th at 9:00pm (EST), which include AC/DC performing "You Shook Me All Night Long."

  • VH1.com Auction - 06/10/00
  • VH1.com is auctioning some cool AC/DC memorabilia. Among items open for bids right now are Angus' schoolboy cap, Brian Johnson's cap & a huge autographed promo display for "Stiff Upper Lip." Profits from auctioned items given by the band (and only those) will benefit the VH1 Save The Music foundation and Nordoff Robins Foundation. Click here to go to the auction. Still on VH1, the "AC/DC Behind The Music" is now scheduled for an 11:00 am premiere on June 18th. The full schedule of re-runs is available right here and will be updated constantly.

  • Some European dates announced - 06/10/00
  • European tour dates will be announced shortly. It appears that the tour will start in Belgium on October 14th and will end mid-December. Stay tuned for full schedule. [Source: Michel Remy/Rising Power]

  • New video aired - 06/11/00
  • The video for the new US single "Satellite Blues" premiered on VH1's "Rock Show" last Friday, check out the show for re-runs, as it's probably the only outlet in the US that will play it... The video was shot in Los Angeles early last month.

  • US tour schedule changed - 06/12/00
  • The US Tour schedule has been slightly modified, with dates in Oakland & San Jose moved, date added in Milwaukee, Ottawa now confirmed, Sacramento & Anaheim out and venue changes in Chicago, Washington & Los Angeles. Check out the full updated schedule on the tour page.

  • "Cyberspace" available online - 06/12/00
  • "Cyberspace," a non-album track recorded during the "Stiff Upper Lip" sessions will be featured exclusively in the US on Elektra's new online rock jukebox, www.RockBox2000.com that launches shortly. The track will also be available on the European CD-Single "Safe In New York City."

  • More US dates changes - 06/13/00
  • More changes on the US Tour dates. This time a show has been added in Wilkes-Barre & Albany is out. Tickets for most dates go on sale exclusively at VH1.com, tomorrow June 14th at 10 am in each venue's time zone. The pre-sale lasts through June 16th at 5 pm, and is limited to 4 tickets per show per person. General public sales begin on June 17 at 10am. Check out the full updated schedule on the tour page.

  • New European CD-Single - 06/15/00
  • The CD-Single of "Safe In New York City," which won't be released in the US, can be pre-ordered at 101CD right here. It will contain the excellent non-album track "Cyberspace" and will be commercially available in Europe (release 6/26) & Australia only.

  • European tour dates - 06/30/00
  • A partial tour schedule for the European tour is available on the tour page, although the official schedule has not been released yet. More dates will be announced soon. Tickets for dates in Norway, Sweden & Holland are going on sale today and tomorrow.

  • More US dates go on sale - 06/30/00
  • US Dates - Tickets for Devore, Houston, Dallas go on sale July 22nd at 10:00am, and Indianapolis June 24th at 10:00am.
