- Unavailable anywhere.
- Most certainly the first AC/DC originals, these two song were
played live in the very early days in 1974, but never recorded.
- SUNSET STRIP

- This song was written by Malcolm (and possibly Angus) apparently
with lyrics by Dave Evans. It was played live but never recorded, lyrics
were later changed by Bon and this song became "Show Business".
- FELL IN LOVE
- Never recorded

- Another composition by Malcolm (and possibly Angus) with lyrics

(Lp), "Rare, rarer, rarities" (CD), "She's got
balls" (CD)
- Written by Malcolm & Angus, right before the band's first
recording sessions in February 74 and never played live before
that. Recorded at EMI Studios with the very first line-up Young
- Young - Dave Evans - Colin Burgess - Larry Van Kriedt and produced
by Vanda & Young. George later re-recorded Larry's bass part.
The song was of course re-recorded in 1975 with Bon Scott for
the album "T.N.T.".

- ROCKIN' IN THE PARLOUR
- Recorded Jan-Feb. 74, EMI Studios, Sydney.

studio session. However, this track was never re-recorded.
- THE ROCK & ROLL SINGER,
SOUL STRIPPER (Originals)
- Recorded Jan-Feb. 74, EMI Studios, Sydney.
- Never released
- Unavailable anywhere
- These early version of "Rock & Roll Singer" and
"Soul Stripper" were written by Malcolm and recorded
during the first studio session. It was set aside to be included
in a first album, had they recorded one with Dave Evans, which
obviously did not happen. These version were never released and
have never surfaced in a bootleg form. These songs were later
re-recorded with Bon for "T.N.T." and "High Voltage."
- LOVE SONG
- Recorded November 1974, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Released on the Australian "High Voltage" album (Lp
& CD) only.
- Included in bootleg "Rare, rarer, rarities" (CD),
- One of the very few Australian-album tracks that hasn't been
released worldwide yet, this was recorded by the line-up Young
- Young - Scott with studio drummer Tony Currenti and George Young
on bass.
- STICK AROUND
- Recorded November 1974, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Released on the Australian "High Voltage" album (Lp

that hasn't been released worldwide yet.

- HIGH VOLTAGE (Longer version)
- Recorded Early 1975, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Released on Australian-only album "T.N.T." (Lp version
and non-remastered CD's)
- Included in bootleg "Rare, rarer, rarities" (CD)
- The song was recorded shortly after the completion of the "High
Voltage" album, with the line-up Young - Young - Scott, with
George Young on bass and most likely Phil Rudd on drums, in his
first recording with AC/DC. Originally released as a single in
Australia, it was later included on "T.N.T." in a longer
version than the one commonly released worldwide. However, the
shorter re-mastered version is now included on the "remastered"
CD in Australia, and the long version can only be found on vinyl
Lp's and early CD's released prior to 1995.

- ROCKER (Longer version)
- Recorded July 1975, Albert Studios, Sydney
- Released on Australian-only vinyl Lp "T.N.T.", except
the 2 original pressings with Alberts blue label, and New Zealand.
- Recorded for "T.N.T.", this slightly longer version
does not end with the solo fading, but with the solo a few seconds
longer and cuts abruptly. This version was included in reissues
of the vinyl Lp, and the very first "T.N.T." CD pressing
made in Japan for EMI Australia.
- FLING THING

- Originally available on UK & Australian single "Jailbreak".

- Originally available on the UK, French, German, Swedish &
1990 European vinyl Lp versions of "Powerage", B side

- Recorded January-February 1977, Albert Studios, Sydney
- Originally available on Australian & European albums "Let
There Be Rock", now available on Australian CD only.
- Also available on bootlegs "Rare, rarer, rarities"
(CD)
- This song was included in the original vinyl versions of "Let
There be Rock" in Australia and Europe but replaced in the
US by "Problem Child." All the CD reissues of the 80's
and 90's were made from the US master tapes and omitted this track,
except in Australia where Alberts kept the original track listing
of the album.

- Tracks Unknown
- Recorded July 1977, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Unreleased
- Ten tracks were recorded at Alberts during the summer of 1977,
and it appears that an entire album was completed. Only one track
has surfaced from these sessions (the early version of "Touch
Too Much" on Bonfire), and it is possible that some of these
tracks were later rearranged for "Powerage" in February-March
1978. Early versions of "Up To My Neck In You" and "Kicked
In The Teeth", performed live a couple of months later in
the US, were most certainly cut during these sessions.
- DOWN PAYMENT BLUES (Different
mix)
- Recorded February-March 1978, Albert Studios, Sydney.

1990 European vinyl Lp versions of "Powerage" only.

at the end of the song.
- WHAT'S NEXT TO THE MOON (Different
mix)
- Recorded February-March 1978, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Originally available on the UK, French, German, Swedish &
1990 European vinyl Lp versions of "Powerage" only.
- This version has many guitar parts from Angus edited.
- Tracks Unknown
- Recorded January 1979, Albert Studios, Sydney.
- Unreleased
- Produced by Vanda & Young, demos for "Highway To Hell".
Some of these tracks surfaced on "Bonfire", but others
probably exist.

- Unreleased
- A number of tracks were cut but not completed during these
sessions produced by Eddie Kramer.
- Tracks Unknown
- Recorded February 1979, Criteria Studios, Miami.

- A couple of songs were recorded, self-produced by the band,
with Bon on drums.
- RIDE ON (Bon with Trust)
- Recorded February 13th, 1980, Scorpio Studios, London.
- Unreleased.
- Available on bootleg "Ride On Bon" (CD-R)
- This is not an AC/DC recording, but Bon's last recording, a
superb version of "Ride On" with French band Trust.
Bon shares lead vocals with Bernie Bonvoisin. This had never came
out of the vaults until it was played on French station RTL in
December 1997.
- Tracks Unknown
- Recorded February 1980, London, England.
- Unreleased
- Some instrumental demos were cut, with Angus, Malcolm
and Bon on drums. Instrumental early versions of some tracks that
later appeared on "Back In Black" were recorded, including
"Have A Drink On Me" and "Let Me Put My Love Into
You."
- 3 Tracks, Unknown
- Recorded April-May 1983, Compass Point Studios, Nassau.
- Unreleased
- At least 13 tracks (and possibly up to 22) were cut during
the "Flick Of The Switch" sessions, and most remain
unreleased. It is rumored that some tracks were cut with ex-Procol
Harum drummer B.J. Wilson.

- SHAKE YOUR FOUNDATIONS (Remix)
- Recorded October 1984-February 1985, Mountain Studios, Montreux.
- Originally available on vinyl Lp "Who Made Who",
US promo-12" and 7" "Shake Your Foundations".
- Only available on the Australian CD of "Who Made Who".
- This Vanda & Young remix of the song was first released
as a promotional 12" for US Radios, and this version was
later included in the vinyl edition of the album "Who Made
Who". However, in what appears to be a mistake by Atlantic,
the American, European and Japanese CD versions of the album contain
the original non-remix version from "Fly On The Wall",
leaving only the Australian CD with the correct "remixed"
version. Note: As of April 2003, this version also appears on
the new Epic remastered CD's.

- Angus Instrumental solos
- Recorded December 1985, Compass Point Studios, Bahamas.
